Minutes of the Pre bid Meeting
1. The Mandatory requirement regarding PEC Registration in specialization (EE07, EE08) was dropped. In lieu of the same now vendor will submit a Certificate from the Principal indicating that the bidder is technically competent to successfully complete the job and in case of default the Principal will make good the work.
2. The last date for submission of bid documents is extended from 09.09.2016 10:00 AM to 20.09.2016 up to 10:00AM. Now Technical Bids will be opened on 20.09.2016 at 10:30 AM.
3. In view of the fact that imported items are required to be installed under the tender, the delivery/installation period was extended upto 90 days with the condition that the successful bidder will submit weekly progress report after issuing of supply order.
4. Technical Specifications were further improved in light of the discussion.
5. The revised bidding documents incorporating all the above points will be shared with the prospective bidders through email.
