How to register for the Home Coming 2018 Event

Download and Fill the Registration Form (Download Registration Form) or
fill the Online Form

In case of downloading the Registraton Form, print the completely filled forms and submit with your Departmental Focal Person or in Career Development Center (CDC) office along with payment slip, cash payment or proof of payment.
Altenatively send an electronic copy of the completely filled Form (Word, Scan of Printed Copy or PDF) by email on cdc@uop.edu.pk or your concerned departmental focal person.

Pay Registrtion Fee for the event, which is Rs.1500/-.
