Project Management

Project Preparation, implementation and evaluation:

• Development and appraisal of new concept note / feasibility report  (PC-II).
• Preparation of PC-I as per vision and guidance of HEC/ Planning Commission Govt. of Pakistan
• Coordination with the funding agencies regarding the approval of PC-I.
• Preparation of approved Project Annual Work Plan and Cash Plan.
• Administrative and Technical Assistance Project Management Unit (PMU) during project execution.

 

Monitoring and Evaluation of Development Project:

• Monitoring and evaluation of ongoing approved projects.
• Preparation and submission of monthly and quarterly progress reports – PC-III (a) and PC-III (b) forms to the sponsoring agencies.
• Submission of project completion report to the funding agencies (PC-IV).
• Preparation of project evaluation report (PC-V).
