University of Peshawar Online Learning

As a result of COVID19 disruptions University of Peshawar has suspended face-to-face classes since March 13, 2020. As per Higher Education Commission notifications, University of Peshawar is going to resume teaching activities in Online Learning mode from June 1, 2020. This include use of Learning Management System and live teaching sessions using Google Meet.

University of Peshawar has setup its Learning Management System hosted in the University of Peshawar own state-of-the-art data centre. Student and Faculty can access the Learning Management System using the URL http://lms.uop.edu.pk/portal

Faculty and Students LMS Accounts

University of Peshawar has created Faculty and Student Accounts in the Learning Management System. Both Faculty and Students should contact their respective Department/Institute LMS Focal Person for account details.

University of Peshawar has developed Training resources for Students and Faculty members on how to use the LMS and perform different tasks.

The following Training Resource web page is setup for students for getting started with the LMS. Students should visit the webpage and go through the documents and videos tutorials completely before starting to use with the LMS.

Faculty LMS Training Resources

UoP has setup a Faculty Resources website that contain different training guides and video resources. All faculty members are requested to go through all the documents and relevant training videos listed in the training resource website before starting to use the LMS.

University of Peshawar – Coursera Program

Under the University of Peshawar – Coursera Program the university has up to 10000 licenses for Students and Faculty members to register Free of Cost in over 3200 courses in Coursera. Under this program the Students and Faculty can register before July 31, 2020. Those how register should complete their courses before September 2020 in order to get Certificates.
