Twenty four students from different departments of University of Peshawar have been selected for the Chief Minister Education Endowment fund Scholarship program for the session 2019-20. Interview for the scholarship was held on 20-1-2021 in Committee Room No. 03, Administration Block, University of Peshawar in which sixty eight students were interviewed and twenty four were selected accordingly on the basis of their academic record and need basis. The students for the scholarship was selected by a high powered committee comprising Prof. Dr. Muhammad Abid Pro Vice Chancellor UoP (Convener), Prof. Dr. Zahid Anwar, Director China Study Centre, Mr. Ali Asghar Jan, Director Admissions and Mr. Abdullah Khan, Assistant Registrar Admissions / focal person Chief Minister Education Endowment Fund.

The students included numbers of different department i.e. Disaster Management, Economics, Geology, Political Science and social work.

Under the Chief Minister Education Endowment Fund Scholarship program each student will get a stipend of Rs.60, 000 (Sixty Thousand) per annum, Tuition fee, Hostel fee and other charges.
