Strategy/Guidelines for Online Examination


Online Mid term examinations are commencing with effect from 29th June, 2020. Date sheet for said examination has already been shared with students through their official email IDs and class whatsApp groups alongwith announcement in the college lms portal. 

Strategy/Guidelines for Online Examination

  1. As already communicated to you by the program coordinators via your semesters' whatsapp groups that mid-term examination (online) has been scheduled from June 29, 2020 (the datesheet attached for your information, click here http://www.uop.edu.pk/departments/?q=Quaid-e-Azam-College-of-Commerce&r=Downloads.)
  2. To reduce burden on the students, no online class will be conducted during the examination period.
  3. The examination will be online through LMS, therefore check your LMS account prior to the submission of the papers.
  4. It will be an open book exam with a maximum duration set by the teacher concerned.
  5. For the paper pattern, contact your concerned teacher before the paper schedule.
  6. To provide ease to the students, it is not necessary to type the solution using a computer and submit the  answer sheet. You can attempt your exam on fine papers (handwritten),  take scans of the papers and add them to an MS Word file. Then submit the world file in LMS.
  7. If there's any issue of submission of answer sheet on LMS, consult your concerned teacher and if still the problem exist, submit through official email address of the teacher, 
  8. If you have a really genuine problem (justifiable with evidence in front of the semester committee) of the unavailability of the internet to submit your answer book online or so, you need to submit your complete data with your concerned program coordinator latest by today (27.06.2020) for possible solution. (NOTE: this has already been communicated to you by the coordinators.
