1. Accountant (BPS-16) (Six) (Permanent)

Qualification:

MBA/M.Com or equivalent qualification in at least 2nd division from a recognized University OR B.Com in at least 2nd division from a recognized University with 03 years experience in the relevant field.

2. Assistant Warden (Female) (BPS-16) (One) (Permanent)

Qualification:

Master’s Degree / LLB in at least 2nd division from a recognized University OR Bachelor’s degree in at least 2nd division from a recognized University with 03 years experience in hostel management / administration

3. Store Keeper (BPS-07) (One) (Permanent)

 Qualification:

Bachelor’s Degree in at least 2nd division from a recognized University with one year relevant experience OR Intermediate in at least 2nd division with 02 years relevant experience OR Matric in at least 2nd division with 03 years relevant experience in store keeping.

4. Laboratory Assistant  (BPS-07) (Seven) (Permanent)

Qualification:

Matric with  Science in at least 2nd division and 07 years experience in the relevant field in BPS-05 OR F.Sc. in at least 2nd division (for Fresh appointments)

5. Laboratory Attendant (BPS-05) (Thirty) (Permanent)

Qualification:

Matric with Science in at least 2nd division.

6. Carpenter (BPS-05) (One) (Permanent)

 Qualification:

Matric in at least 2nd division with certificate from a recognized institution with 02 years relevant experience OR Literate with 10 years experience in the relevant field.

Age Limit:  For positions at S.No.1 to 6 is 18 to 30 years.

7. Chowkidar (BPS-02) (Forty Seven) (Permanent)

Qualification:

• Retired Defense Forces personnel with good physique.
• Maximum age limit not more than 45 years
• Educated person will be given preference

Note-1:            As provided under the First proviso of Section-11(5)(f) of the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Universities Act-2012 (Amended 2016)  the Appointments against the positions of BPS-1 to 05 shall be made from person living within the territorial jurisdiction of the University of Peshawar under Section-04 of the act, while the appointments in BPS-6 to 16 shall be made from persons living in the Division where university is situated. In case there is no eligible candidate available within the territorial jurisdiction / division, as the case may be candidates from adjoining places may be appointed in a manner as may be prescribed by the statutes.

Note-2:            Relaxation in upper age limit will be allowed to the existing contract / engaged employees of the University, disable applicants and general applicants as well, in light of decision of the Syndicate taken in its meeting held on 05.12.2016.

Candidates are required to submit their application forms along with photocopies of complete documents duly attested i.e. one recent passport size photograph, National Identity Card (NADRA), Educational Testimonials, Domicile and Experience / Service Certificates etc. with a Bank receipt / draft (non-refundable)(Account No.6290-3, National Bank of Pakistan, University Campus Branch) of Rs.1000/- for S.No.1 to 2, Rs.800 for S.No.3 to 4 and Rs.500 for other positions  in favor of the Treasurer, University of Peshawar and should reach the Reception Counter  at the Main Administration Block on or before 30th April, 2019. In-service candidates should apply through proper channel. They must submit No Objection Certificate(s) from their concerned departments/institutions along with the application forms. Incomplete applications and those received after due date will not be entertained.

Errors, if any, are liable to rectification by the University.
