Advertisement Under Higher Education Commission, Islamabad project No. 6677/ KPK/ NRPU/ R&D/ HEC/ 2016, titled: “molecular characterization and epidemiology of antibiotic resistance genes of extended-spectrum β-lactamase (esbl) and carbapenemase producing escherichia coli from clinical isolates in tertiary care hospitals, district peshawar” One position of Research Assistant (PhD) is vacant with the principal investigator at the Centre of Biotechnology & Microbiology, University of Peshawar, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Applications are invited from interested candidates on application form (attached) for the appointment against the positions according to the given criteria.

Terms and conditions of the Contract:

1. The contractual appointment will be valid for six-month period, renewable on six months basis subject to satisfactory performance.
2. All academic credentials of the selected candidates will be open to scrutiny/verification.
3. Applications will be submitted to the office of the Centre of Biotechnology and Microbiology, addressed to the principal investigator of the project.
4. Application along with attested copies of all degrees, diplomas, merit certificates, DMCs and research publication(s) should reach the undersigned on or before April, 23, 2018.
5. Incomplete applications will not be entertained
6. Interview will be held on April, 26, 2018 at 10:00 A.M in the office of the undersigned.
7. All candidates must appear before Selection Committee in person
8. Selected candidate will be informed on the same day due to urgent need of the Project.
9. No TA/DA will be paid for attending test/interview.
10. Selected candidates will be required to fill and sign an Affidavit on Stamp paper of Rs. 100.
11. The candidate will not join any other position or job during the period of project.
