It is notified for the information of all Principals of the Colleges affiliated with the University of Peshawar for Regular / Late College & Private candidates of BA/BSc./B.Th./BSc. Nursing  (Part-I & II)  to submit the Examination Admission Forms (Also available in Downloads section) for Annual Examination-2018 to the Examination Section as per following Schedule / Fee structure:

Note: The fee shall be remitted through NBP, HBL, UBL & Faysal Bank University Campus Branches.

1. Complete Admission Forms of Regular / Late College students shall be sent through Principals of the Colleges concerned along with covering letter and list of the students.
2. Private candidates are required to submit their admission forms along with requisite documents and white background photographs attested / signed on backside by Gazetted Officers prior to submission.
3. All fresh candidates (Regular & Private) BA/BSc./B.Th./BSc. Nursing are required to annex Original Migration Certificate issued by their respective Boards.
4. Examination Center is allotted on the basis of permanent address as mentioned in the Examination Admission Form. However, the University reserves the right to allot the Examination Centre anywhere on the basis of number of candidates in the area. Those who like to be examined in a place other than their permanent addresses should send their own/parents/spouse(s) service/residence certificates with the form. The certificates should also be attested by Gazetted Officer(s). The Residence Certificates are required to be issued by the Nazims concerned.
5. After the last date of submission of Examination Admission Forms with triple fee, forms will be accepted with a fine of Rs.500/- for delay of every 15 days or a maximum of Rs.2000/- till two weeks prior to the commencement of examination.
6. Candidates who appeared in the Supplementary Examination-2017 in BA/BSc./B.Th./BSc. Nursing  (Part-I & II), if placed in compartment, shall be entitled to submit their Examination Admission Forms with normal fee within 15 days after declaration of result, failing which enhanced fee as prescribed in Section(e) shall be charged.
7. Incomplete forms shall not be entertained.
8. Claims of candidates to have sent admission forms by post but not received at this office shall neither be considered valid nor entertained.
9. Fee once deposited shall neither be refundable nor adjustable, if the candidate is otherwise eligible.
