Acting Vice Chancellor University of Peshawar Prof Dr. Muhammad Abid has said that this institution belongs to all of us and it’s the duty of every individual to work hard for improving the standard of services being offered to the community here at the university. He added that administrative officers are important stake holders of the varsity and they will be kept on board while making any decision regarding varsity affairs, says a press release. This he stated while addressing Cabinet and Executive Members of the University of Peshawar Administrative Officers Welfare Association(POWA), who called on him here Friday. The delegation was lead by its president Engr Athar Hussain Bangash, the press release added.

The meeting discussed various issues with the Vice Chancellor, which he assured to be resolved in due course of time. The VC appreciated the role and cooperation of the Administrative Officers and their respective team members in smooth functioning of various matters, especially offering quality services and facilitations to the students, faculty and residents of the campus.

The Administrative Officers Welfare Association has appreciated the positive attitude of sitting VC and Registrar regarding taking all stake holders of the university on board, and listening to their concerns and suggestions in a polite environment. The Association assured its full support to the Vice Chancellor and his team, the press release concluded.
