University of Peshawar is pleased to announce that two faculty members are awarded the prestigious Fulbright scholarship for Post-Doc study for the session 2016-17 by United States Education Foundation in Pakistan (USEFP). The awardees are Dr. Sajjad Ahmad (Assistant Professor at Geology) and Dr. Naimat Ullah Khan (Assistant Professor in Finance at Institute of Management Studies, IMS). It is an honor to mention that the list of successful candidates is very short across Pakistan; and TWO scholarships came in the lot of University of Peshawar. Dr. Sajjad Ahmad will study the ‘Prospects of Shale Gas in Pakistan” and Dr. Naimat U. Khan will explore the linkage between ‘Law and Finance’. Both the scholars will leave shortly for the US; we wish them all the best.
