Public Defense of a Ph.D Research Scholar at Institute of Management Studies

Ms. Duri Nayab Gul, a Ph.D. Research Scholar has submitted  thesis entitled "Effect of Work-Family Conflict on Jobs Performance and Organizational Commitment with the Moderation of Psychological Capital at Higher Level in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa"  to the University of Peshawar, in partial fulfillment of the requirement for the award of degree of  Doctor of Philosophy (Ph. D) in the discipline of Management Studies.
