Call for Submission of Abstracts in the 7th International Conference on 'Earth Sciences Pakistan' (ESP 2024)
The National Centre of Excellence in Geology (NCEG), University of Peshawar, has a tradition of organizing a biennial international conference on ‘Earth Sciences Pakistan’ (ESP) at Summer Campus Baragali, University of Peshawar. We are pleased to announce that the 7th conference of the series is scheduled for June 02-04, 2024 (conference flyer attached). The ESP has consistently attracted national and international delegates from academia and industry to present their work, discuss the novelty of their research, exchange ideas, establish linkages and research collaborations, and visualize the role of earth scientists in promoting sustainable development.
In addition to academia, ESP also provides opportunities for professionals, consultants, and graduate students to share their innovative work in the field of earth sciences.
The ESP is organized into multidisciplinary thematic sessions, and we anticipate participation from around 30 foreign and 300 national delegates to share their knowledge and present their research contributions. The research findings of ESP are published in the Journal of Himalayan Earth Sciences special volume. Furthermore, the participation of graduate students and professionals from government organizations is crucial not only for the successful organization of ESP but also for their professional development.

Abstracts should be submitted to esp.nceg@uop.edu.pk on or before 1st May, 2024.
