Ms. Shazia Kanwal, a Ph.D. Research Scholar at the Institute of Education & Research, University of Peshawar has submitted thesis entitled  "An Analysis of Teachers` Emotional Intelligence and its Impact on Teaching Effectiveness"  to the University of Peshawar, in partial fulfillment of the requirement for the award of degree of  Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.
