7th National Conference on Biodiversity Conservation, Livelihood and Sustainable Development
The 7th National Conference on “Biodiversity Conservation, Livelihood and Sustainable Developmen" organized by Centre of Plant Biodiversity will held from July 10-12, 2017 at Bara Gali Summer Campus, University of Peshawar”.
This Conference will focus on Biodiversity Conservation issues (both in-situ & ex-situ) of Pakistan, livelihood improvement, folklore and medicinal plants conservation, medicinal plants marketability and enterprises development, intellectual property rights, conservation of local gene pool, novel research in the field of biodiversity and Conservation.
The Conference will also encompass introduction of organic products, biodiversity and greening business, biodiversity and biofuel production, sustainable development through Biodiversity Conservation and role of Botanical Gardens in sustainable development. You are cordially invited to contribute to the Conference.
More than 200 renowned scientists, scholars and students working in different specializations and organizations are expected to attend the conference. We hope that this conference will provide a platform for exchange of ideas and knowledge relevant to Biodiversity Conservation, Livelihood and Sustainable Development.
