Awareness Session on New Trending drug especially ICE 'Methamphetamine'

The department of Social Work in collaboration with DOST Welfare foundation Peshawar is going to organize an awareness session as per below schedule:

1. Theme of the Activity: New Trending drug especially ICE "Methamphetamine"

2: Venue: Department of Social Work, University of Peshawar

3. Participants: MA Previous and Final Year

4. Time and Date: 10:00-12:00, 24th January, 2017.

Purpose of the Activity: Methamphetamine, ICE is a highly addictive stimulant that can have long-lasting effects on the addicted body. The use of ICE is increasing with the passage of each passing day mostly the young generation among different settings are addicted. In Pakistan, we don't have any proper data or rule of law but accordingly to report that weekly more than 0.3 million Meth sell between youth in Peshawar. This one day seminar will create the awareness among the masses especially the youth about this devastating drug.
