Dr. Mohammad Ismail Tajik is working as Assistant Professor at Department of Pharmacy, University of Peshawar. He completed PharmD in Session 2006-07 with distinction (Gold Medalist) by securing First Class First Position in 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th & Final Prof. He did his PhD in 2012 from Department of Pharmacy, University of Peshawar.
Dr. Mohammad Ismail completed various Professional Training programs such as In-Service Certified Training for University Teachers (Session 2014-15); Clinical Trials & ICH GCP Guidelines organized by Novartis; Clinical Research and Research Ethics Training organized by NIH-USA; Master Trainer for Pharmacies’ role in TB Care & Control organized by National TB Control Program; Training in Clinical Pharmacy at Aga Khan University Hospital Karachi; Hospital Pharmacy/Clinical Pharmacy training at Shaukat Khanum Memorial Cancer Hospital & Research Centre Lahore; and Training in Industrial Pharmacy at Abbott Laboratories (Pakistan) Limited, Karachi.
Dr. Mohammad Ismail joined Department of Pharmacy, University of Peshawar in 2006. His teaching activities include teaching the subject “Clinical Pharmacy” to the students of 4th Prof. & Final Prof. PharmD; Hospital Pharmacy to the students of 4th Prof. PharmD; and teaching MPhil/PhD scholars. He is HEC Approved PhD Supervisor, and MPhil/PhD scholars are working under his supervision. He is coordinator of Clinical Pharmacy Clerkship Program. He is member of various administrative committees. He actively work with different organizations such as World Health Organization (WHO) and National TB Control Program/Provincial TB Program as a trainer/facilitator at various workshops/seminars and field/project supervisor in numerous projects.
