The CHRCD aims to train a variety of stakeholders including Teaching Faculty, Administrative, Ministerial and Support Staff.

Furthre, career guidance and support services for the College and University are also amongst our priorities

We also intend to actively engage in personalized training and development programs for educational and professional managers, staff and students

Our focus is on providing training and development services in areas of:

• Leadership, Strategic Management and Policy Planning
• Monitoring, Assessment and Evaluation
• Human Resource, Project and Financial Management
• Teaching, Research and Communication Skills
• Stress and Conflict Management

So far, the CHRCD has imparted a wide variety of trainings.
