The central organizing committee will include the Provost, Deputy Directors, Chief Organizer, Organizers, Presidents and General Secretaries, Organizers and President of Central Media Committee, Photographer, Multimedia Operator and Sound System Operator.
At least three meetings in a year would be called to review the work of societies and suggest ways and means for the betterment of the business. Emergency meeting can be called any time if necessary.
The Provost would act as a Chairman of the Committee. In his absence the Deputy Director would Chair the meeting
