Act of Indicipline
Anyone who:
- Commits any of the prohibited acts mentioned in regulation from 1 to 10.
- Disobeys the lawful order of teacher or other person in authority in the institute;
- Habitually neglects his/her work or habitually absents himself/herself from classes without valid reason;
- Willfully damages public property or the property of a fellow student, teacher or employee of the university;
- Does not pay the fees, fines, or other dues payable under the rules and regulations;
- Does not comply with the rules relating to residence in hostels; or uses indecent language, wears immodest dress, makes indecent remarks or gestures, or behaves in a disorderly manner; or commits any criminal immoral or dishonorable act (whether committed within the Campus or outside) or any act which is prejudicial to the interest of the institute shall be guilty of an act of indiscipline and shall be liable for each such act to one or more of the penalties mentioned below in regulation.
